(PresseBox) - Die Allianz Industrie 4.0 Baden-Württemberg ist ein vom Wirtschaftsministerium Baden-Württemberg initiiertes und gefördertes Netzwerk. Jährlich prämiert sie Unternehmen für ihre zukunftsorientierten Ideen, Lösungen und Umsetzungen zum Thema Industrie 4.0. Oberstes Ziel der Allianz ist es, den Mittelstand in Richtung Industrie 4.0 zu begleiten. Kürzlich zeichnete sie Pilz als einen der ?100 Orte für Industrie 4.0 in Baden-Württemberg? aus.
Pilz überzeugte die Expertenjury ? bestehend aus Vertretern der Bereiche Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Industrie- und Handelskammer, Gewerkschaft und Politik ? mit seinem Smart-Factory-Modell. Dieses stellt eine intelligente Produktionsstraße dar, die Industrie 4.0 erlebbar macht. Dank dezentraler Steuerungsintelligenz, mobiler Service-Robotik, intelligenter Diagnose und Visualisierung sowie Cloud-Anbindung lassen sich verschiedene personalisierte Produkte in Losgröße 1 fertigen. Vom Sensor über den Antrieb bis hin zur Steuerung und der Robotik kommen in der smarten Fabrik sämtliche Produkte von Pilz zum Einsatz.
Der Demonstrator wird auf Messen, Pressekonferenzen, intern zu Schulungen, als Testapplikation für die Entwicklung und als Beispielapplikation für neue Technologien (Vorausentwicklung) eingesetzt. So können neue und schon vorhandene Technologien (Green- und Brownfield) im Umfeld der intelligenten Fabrik von morgen implementiert und erprobt werden. Dies bringt Pilz wertvolle Erkenntnisse und Impulse.
