(PresseBox) - Die Automation der Zukunft erfordert zunehmend, dass Mensch und Roboter gefahrlos zusammenarbeiten. Doch was genau bedeutet gefahrlos? Wie stark dürfen Druck und Kraft eines Roboters sein, damit es nicht zu Verletzungen kommt? Antwort auf diese Frage gibt die technische Spezifikation ISO/TS 15066. Sie regelt die Schmerzgrenzwerte, die bei einer Kollision zwischen Mensch und Roboter maximal zulässig sind. Bleibt die Anwendung während einer Begegnung zwischen Mensch und Roboter innerhalb dieser Grenzen, so ist sie normenkonform.
Aufschluss darüber, ob sich Kraft und Druck innerhalb der definierten Schmerzgrenzwerte bewegen, gibt das Kollisionsmess-Set PRMS von Pilz. Es misst Kraft und Druck, die bei einer möglichen Kollision zwischen Mensch und Roboter entstehen. Die Auswertung erfolgt über die Software. Damit wird PRMS zur Validierung von Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK) eingesetzt.
Bleibt die Anwendung während einer Begegnung zwischen Mensch und Roboter innerhalb definierter Grenzen, so ist sie normenkonform. Daher müssen bei jeder MRK-Applikation entsprechende Messungen durchgeführt werden.
